Welcome to the Law Offices of Kevin D. McGann.
Most of my clients are looking for help in areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Employment Law. In addition, many satisfied clients ask for work on other issues they, their family, or their friends encounter in daily life. This part of the practice is called the General Practice.
Elder Law includes working with families and elders to plan for the transfer of assets between generations, and to provide legal assistance with issues arising from ageing, illness, and incapacity.
Estate Planning provides ways to protect, grow, and distribute your assets, for your spouse and family and other named beneficiaries, after death.
The Employment Law practice protects the rights of employers and employees as they enter, maintain, and exit business relationships. This includes issues of compensation, benefits, legally guaranteed protections, and post-employment entitlements such as Unemployment Insurance.
My objective is to deliver these services in a personal, compassionate and affordable manner, and to make sure all clients fully understand their rights and obligations under the law.
