  • State or Federally mandated benefits, such as the Family Medical Leave Act or the Small Necessities Act.
  • Involuntary Terminations, Termination Agreements, COBRA requirements, Age Discrimination
  • Unemployment Benefits, and appeals to denial of benefits.

Most of the employment practice is conducted on an hourly fee basis. We are available to selected employers on a contractual basis.
